Our Process
From the inception of a new project, Darwin assigns one of our Project Managers to ensure success from the very start. That dedicated individual becomes the sole point of contact responsible for the workflow of, and the relationships surrounding, the project, from birth through fruition. In addition to maintaining key relationships with customers the Project Manager coordinates our experts in the field, who conduct surveys, perform installations, and train end-users. Project Managers are in constant communication with clients to provide feedback and resolve any issues that may arise during the course of business. Throughout the lifecycle of a project, our clients are guaranteed constant communication and access to progress reports that keep them up to date concluding only when the project has ended and our clients satisfaction has been achieved.
